Hi, I'm Rui.
Your Chief AInaut.
I've been researching AI since 2016, starting in the robotics labs at EPFL. I shipped machine learning at Canonical and founded three AI startups across Silicon Valley and Europe.
Some worked. One crashed. All taught me something a textbook couldn't.
I've burned out and rebuilt. That taught me how much the human side matters. People need to feel capable as technology changes around them.
I help humans become AInauts: people who navigate AI with skill, purpose, and heart.

Do I need a technical background?
No. AInauts Space is for non-technical professionals who want to use AI in their own work and life.
When are the live calls?
The Weekly AI Circle runs on Thursdays, 17:00 to 18:00 Lisbon time. Each session is recorded. The current schedule runs through 24 December 2026.
What if I can't make a live session?
You can watch the weekly recording and bring your questions to the community.
How is the program different from membership?
Membership gives you ongoing community support, weekly calls, tutorials, and resources. The 6-week program is a focused live cohort with a capstone project. Details for the next cohort are being confirmed.
